No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will depend on factors including the amount of work you put in, your ability to implement training and sales systems, and the insurance needs of customers in the areas you choose to work.
Before You Apply
Do I need insurance experience?
No. We've worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds. What matters more is coachability and consistency.
Do I need to already be licensed?
No — if you're not yet licensed, we'll walk you through what that path looks like in your state and support you through it.
Is this a salaried position?
No — this is a commission-based, independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried employee role. Income varies significantly by individual; nothing here is a promise or guarantee of earnings.
What will I actually be selling?
Three product lines: life insurance, health insurance, and wealth/retirement products — through top-rated carriers. You don't need to be an expert in all three on day one; training covers each as you grow.
What's the time commitment?
This is your business to build, so the schedule is largely up to you — but like any business, consistent effort is what drives results. We'll be upfront with you about what that looks like.
